| The types of repair we will attend to outside of office hours include; |
| - Burst pipes/ badly leaking pipes causing flooding |
| - Blocked toilets (if there is only one toilet in the house) |
| - Blocked drain causing a leak or sewage ingress into home |
| - No heating |
| - Door or ground floor window not secure |
| - Serious roof leak |
| - No electricity or no lights |
| - Smoke coming from an electrical fitting |
| - Faulty smoke detector |
If you call out an emergency repair which is either your responsibility or which is not a genuine emergency, the cost of the call out and the repair will be charged back to you.
