This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to lead Homes for Life’s Maintenance Team to deliver excellent planned, cyclical and responsive repairs services to our social and mid-market rent Tenants. A member of our Senior Management Team you will be responsible for the delivery of Homes for Life’s asset investment plans and development of our repairs and maintenance services.
You will also be involved in forthcoming ICT system enhancements to improve business efficiency, contract management and the customer experience. We are looking for an experienced asset management professional working in the RSL sector, with strong IT skills, sound asset management knowledge and a collaborative, forward-thinking approach.
